Up and.....stumbling!

I guess I am your webmaster muwahahahahaha....oh wait this is supposed to be a nice gig, not evil. Shucks. Anyway, here it is, the begining of the District 8 web page. I haven't managed to smash the computer yet (I got a little of Dad's temper in me) but I should eventually get the hang of it.
