Little League Baseball and Softball Inc. has approved certain composite bats from certain manufacturers to be use in the Junior, Senior, and Big League Baseball Division for the 2011 season.
THESE BATS MEET THE BALL EXIT SPEED RATIO (BESR) AND THE ACCELERATED BREAK IN (ABI) PROCEDURE.
