WELCOME TO THE DAWG POUND home of the 2008 14U Virginia Dirt Dawgs. The Dirt Dawgs participate in USSSA sanctioned tournaments. The coaching staff has assembled a group of dedicated and enthusiastic youths who eat, sleep and breathe baseball. Our goal is to give these kids a baseball education in order to prepare them for the future.

LEGEND HAS IT, THEY WERE SPAWNED FROM THE BLOOD AND SWEAT LEFT ON THE FIELD FROM THE GREAT PLAYERS BEFORE THEM WHO SACRIFICED IT ALL FOR THE GAME. THEY CRAWLED OUT FROM UNDER THE DIRT AND ATTACKED THEIR COMPETITION LIKE A PACK OF WILD ANIMALS AND HAVE FOREVER BEEN CALLED ........... DIRT DAWGS.
