I have been playing volleyball for nearly 17 years on varsity and club teams and received a partial volleyball scholarship to Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, but had to decline because of my flying commitments. I attended numerous camps, one of which was at University of Texas and coached by Carrie Busch Dodd. Recently, I played girls A indoor (winter champions) and coed AA. I also partcipated in the Corona Beach tournament in Virginia this summer. I am an English major from Old Dominion University and taught for the Virginia Beach City public schools.
