D'Iberville Futbol Club: Coaches

Saturday, September 18

Coaches - if you plan on returning this season please contact Pam Kincke  to obtain your GotSoccer account login.  All coaches from last year have an account already established by MSA. Once you have your login name and password please update any information and complete your KidSafe application.

MSA has mandated that ALL coaches be licensed in order to compete in district play.  There are 3 levels of coaching certifications:  U6/U8 module, U10/U12 module and the E license. The U12 and below module is $35 and consists of a 45-minute online session and a 1.5-hour field session.  The online portion can be completed at anytime.  Field sessions will be posted here as well as on the MSA website.  The E license is $65 and consists of a 3-day session: - Friday night and all day Saturday and Sunday.  Those sessions will be posted here as well as the MSA website.  If you have been previously certified, your certification does not expire, however, as you move up in age groups you do have to hold the appropriate certification.

FIFA Laws of the Game

To be the most informed parent or coach please follow the above link.  It will take you to the official FIFA Laws of the Game.  This is a great resource for the new and experienced person alike.  MSA small sided guidelines override some of these Laws and can be found in our handout section.
