Camp July 23-26
The World Soccer Camp that many of you went to last year will be held again from July 23-26 at the Biloxi Soccer Complex. The camp cost $60 for Monday-Friday from 5:30PM-7:30PM. They will several top ranked national coaches from England there.

Friday, June 22
Practice Times Change
Practice times have been changed to 6PM on Thursdays due to player requests. Players hope to escape the heat by moving practices back one hour. Please let all players know. Coach will still be there at 5PM if anyone wants to show up early for extra touches on the ball and work on fundamentals.
Sunday, June 17
Physicals
Remember, all players MUST have a physical before practicing! If you have not had one through the school, you must get one and give Coach a copy of it. Every practice you miss because of no physical WILL count against your absences.

All-Star Games June 16 feature three DHS Warriors
Don't forget the summer Mississippi High School All-Star soccer games are on Saturday June 16 in Jackson. The Warriors have three participants this year- Coach Brad Talley, Kari Wieck, and Zach Toney.

The British Are Coming!
No it's not the Beatles, or the Redcoats! the British Challenger Soccer Camp is coming to D'Iberville Sports Complex this Monday June 4-Friday June 8. There are spaces available for ages 9-14 in both morning and evenong sessions. The week of camp is $94 for a week of professional training from two British players. Moss Point Falls
The Lady Warriors defeated the Moss Point Tigers on January 11th and again on January 18th. The January 11th game was won by a score of 3-0.Kari Wieck had two goals and Brandee Kovacevich scored the third. The defense that shut down the Tigers was anchored by Lisa Kline,Lillie Henry, and Nicole Fisher. Midfielder Danielle Craft also played an important role in defending Moss Point.
On January 18th, the Warriors honored their senior players between games. the Ladies defeated Moss Point by a score of 4-2 behind three goals from Katie Williams. Senior Kari Wieck was sidelined by an injury she received to heer right eye when she was assaulted by a St Martin player in Tuesday night's win. Brandee Kovacevich added the third goal when her crossing pass deflected off a Moss Point player into the net.
The win guarantees the Warriors another winning season regardless of their two remianing outcomes.

Warrriors down Hawks
The Lady Warriors defeated the visiting Hancock Lady Hawks Saturday Dec.16 by a score of 7-0. Brandee Kovacevich recorded a hat trick, while Kari Wieck added two goals. Danielle Craft and Audrey Borchardt each added one goal apiece. Kari and Lisa Klne each had two assists and Brandee also added an assist.
The Warriors head into the Chraistmas break at 5-4 overall. they have a tough district game against East Central on Friday after returning from the holidays!
