Dear Sponsor;

  The Doherty Spartan Baseball program is seeking sponsors for the upcoming summer 2011 baseball season.  The Spartans will have three teams, our 17 & under and 16 & under teams will participate with Colorado American Legion and our incoming freshman team will compete independently.  Home games will be played at Hildebrand Field on the campus of Doherty High School.  Teams will play throughout Colorado and Midwest.

  Our GOAL is to provide for the development if Doherty players through instruction and competition.  Our MISSION is to field teams that have well-rounded, skilled baseball players looking for competitive, positive baseball experience.  Our PHILOSOPHY is that being part of the Doherty Spartan summer program, our players will increase their baseball skills, become leaders in the school, as well as volunteers and leaders in the community.

  The Spartans are looking forward to a fun and successful summer baseball season in 2011, however our annual budgetary demands are great, including field maintenance, registration and insurance fees, league and tournament fees, training and equipment costs, umpire cost and uniform costs.

  Donations from businesses like yours are one way in which we can raise money to meet the financial requirements needed to provide our players with a quality baseball program.  Without the support of local business leaders, we would be unable to adequately train and equip our players with the tools they need to succeed.

2.        Homerun Sponsorship - $1000, includes a company logo or family banner on the outfield fence for one year, acknowledgement on team website and “Thanks” announcement at home games.  Can be paid by cash and check.

3.       Base-hit Sponsorship - $500, includes acknowledgement on team website and “Thanks” announcement at home games.  Can be paid by cash or check.
