Panthers take a break for the 2009 Season....For Re-Grouping and Re-Organizing

The DFW Panthers will be taking a much needed break from the NPSFL in order to re-group and re-organize the Team in its preperation for its return to Competitive Play for the 2010 Season with the NPSFL. Per the NPSFL the Panthers are still apart of the League in a non-competitive status. The Panthers will be conducting some Team Meetings and Practices in the Spring and Even have a couple of Scrimages during its rebuilding Season for 2009.

Any Panther Players who have chosen to leave the Team and Play for another Team will need to Contact Team President-Rex Layton ASAP! and set up a time and date for the return of all Panther Gear and Uniforms....Then and then only will those players be given a Formal Release from the Panthers....Thanks and Good Luck.

Panthers Undefeated! Awarded Division II Championship for second time!
The DFW Panthers defeated the San Diego Enforcers on May 19th and completed their first ever undefeated regular season at 4 - 0.

The NPSFL Board voted unanimously, at the league meeting on June 22nd, to award the undefeated Panthers the 2007 NPSFL Division II Championship.

Panthers Win 2005 NPSFL Division II Championship

The battle cry before the game was "WE WILL WIN!" and the Panthers did just that.  In a hard fought game in Orlando, Florida, the Panthers scored twice.  They scored on a rushing touchdown (with the extra point added) and a field goal to beat the Guardians 10-2.  The Guardians scored on a safety.  The defenses of both teams controlled most of the game keeping the score low, but the Panther offense did manage to put several substantial drives together that ran time off the clock and scored enough points for the win.

Thank you to the Orlando Guardians for hosting a first class event and for all of your hard work to make the event one for the NPSFL to be proud of.
