* Open to ANY 2nd thru 12th grader (2008-2009 school year)! 

* Registration deadline Friday, June 20th (must be received by).  Send registration forms (below) plus fee to:

* You may register the first day of camp, but there will be an additional $5 charge.  Arrive 15 minutes early to turn in paperwork.

ALL INSTRUCTION AT BELLMONT HIGH SCHOOL

Grades 2 thru 4:  Noon - 3pm  ($40)

       Monday:  Kathy Turner, Sara Rhymer, & other DF coaches

       Tues thruThurs: Heather Byrne (DF & Saint Francis coach)

Grades 5 thru 8:  Noon - 3pm  ($85) 

       Monday:  DF coaches

       Tues thru Thurs:  Matchpoint

Grades 9 thru 12: 8am - 11am   ($85)

       Monday:  DF coaches

       Tues thru Thurs:  Matchpoint
