Team Delaware offers structured scholastic, freestyle and greco practices from March through July for wrestlers of all ages and experience levels.  Practice are conveniently located throughout the state.  Wrestlers from out of state are welcomed to participate.  A USA Wrestling card is required for all wrestlers and can be purchased at practice.  The practices consist of technique, drilling and live wrestling.  Wrestlers will have the opportunity to participate on national teams, attend regional tournaments or simply take advantage of the training sessions.  View the calendar for specific practice days, times and locations.  Please email deusawrestling@comcast.net with any questions.
