Team Philosophy: We believe in the team sport concept and will try to create teams that have good chemistry and fundamentals. We seek good attitude, athletic players that enjoy playing and learning. We will teach them, but they also need to want to learn. We will stress high character, intelligent play.  Practices are active and important to good development of the team and tend to involve several assistants so as to keep the practices highly productive. We will attempt to create a competitive balance stressing solid competitive play on the field, while looking to build each player individually on and off the field.  We strive to have every player on the roster to constantly improve and for the team to always be moving forward.  We believe in fielding a competitive team and will strive to win but do not teach a win at all cost mentality.

Team Goal: We will play mostly AZ tournaments throughout the year with some travel when appropriate. As a 1995 birth year based team, the majority of our players will be entering high school during this 2009-2010 season.  Our goal for the year is to compete at the top end of the 14UA based teams and to be competitive within that peer group. We will play 14A and 16U tournaments with a mindset toward preparing our players for varsity level competition in the spring.  We will aim to qualify for and compete in a national tournament in the summer of 2010. As summer 2010 approaches and the team returns from high school play,  we will look to play more out of town tournaments throughout Arizona and Southern California.
