DERBY POP WARNERS ANNUAL BANQUET WILL BE HELD AT 1PM AT THE WARSAW PARK ON PULASKI HIGHWAY IN ANSONIA.
MORE INFORMATION WILL BE SENT HOME WITH YOUR CHILDREN IN OCTOBER.

DERBY POP WARNERS ANNUAL FUNDRAISER
RAFFLE TICKETS ARE BEING SOLD FOR DERBY POP WARNERS ANNUAL FUNDRAISER. PLEASE CONTACT THE FIELD HOUSE BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 6PM TO 8PM TUESDAY, THURSDAY AND FRIDAY TO GET MORE INFORMATION @ 735-0602.
OVER $2000 IN PRIZES WILL BE AWARDED. THE DRAWING WILL BE HELD ON OCTOBER 9,2008 AT THE DERBY POP WARNER PRACTICE FIELD ON NUTMEG AVE IN DERBY.

VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED
Volunteers are a very big part of the Derby Pop Warner Program. We ask that every parent/guardian volunteer at the concessions stand during practice and especially during the home games. We have 4 home games a season. During the home games volunteers are needed all day long from as early as 10:30 am to as late as 10:30 pm. We need parents to cover the 2 gates, the 50/50 raffle, the chains and mpr's on the field during each game for all five games and the concession stand all day long. The proceeds from the gates. 50/50 and the concessions covers all the expenses for the day which include the officials for all 5 games, the emt's that are there if a child is to be injuried during a game and most importantly it helps keep the cost of our programs registration one of the lowest in the league. This program can't be a success if we don't have the volunteering of everyone.
Please make every effort to give a few hours of your time to help our program and your child be a great success.
To volunteer please contact any board member or coach during your childs practice time to sign up.
