Benefits and Fees
Access to degreed and/or certified fitness staff, 5,000 pounds of Olympic free weights and benches, Fitco selectorized weight machines and cable crossover, Airdyne bikes, recumbent bikes, elliptical machines, stair stepper, treadmills, and mens and womens dressing rooms.
Membership Fees
12 Month: $120 resident $100 additional family member
3 Month: $40 resident
1 Month: $20 resident
1 Day pass: $3 aerobics/fitness
Guest pass: $3 person/visit with a member

Weight Room Orientation
Let us show you how to use the different types of equipment. Cost is $10.
Fitness Assessments
Individual assessments are administered by certified fitness professionals and include body fat percentage, blood pressure, flexibility, endurance, and maximum strength tests. Cost is $40. Recommended for new members. Body composition testing only is available for $10.
Metabolic Testing
How can you eat the most calories possible and still lose weight? Sit, relax, breath, and find out in 10 minutes. $10 disposable mouth piece is required for all new clients and can be used up to 3 times. $35/1 test or $100/3 tests and mouthpiece. Call 940-565-0467 or 479-459-5853.
