Changes to By-laws to be voted on also:

-If head coach does not have a protected player then head coach can bring a second protected sponsor player to the team (In the second draft spot)

 

-Change Article 6 Sec. 1 make simple majority instead of 2/3 majority to change By-laws

 

-No weight limit for 11-12 year olds

 

-125 lbs weight limit for 9-10 year olds
