The Location for all Registration is the DSA Offices at North Lakes Athletic Complex, 3018 N. Bonnie Brae, Denton, 76207.

 The DSA telephone number, 940-566-2085, is VOICE MAIL only.  It will be a great help, if you leave a detailed message, and spell your last name.

 Registration for RETURNING PLAYERS FROM SPRING '09 ONLY will be Mon thru Fri, June 8 thru Jun 12 will be from 5 PM til 7PM; and, Saturday Jun 13 from 10 AM til 4 PM. 

 Dates for OPEN REGISTRATION:

Mon thru Fri...Jun 15 thru 19; Jul 13 thru 17; and Jul 20 thru 24.  The Hours are 5 PM til 7 PM.

Saturdays...Jun 20, Jul 18, Jul 25.  Hours are 10 AM til 4 PM.

 The Registration Fee for all players is $110.  We accept VISA/MC.  We also have Extend Pay available. Your Registration Fee pays for a 10 game season, a complete uniform (Jersey, Shorts, Socks), Secondary Insurance, and payment of City and State Fees. We also pay and train Referees, train Coaches, buy Equipment, administer the Association, etc.  (There will be an additional $25 Late Fee for registration after 4 PM on Saturday, July 25th).

With DISD information, the Scholarship Fee is $75.  To apply you must bring a copy of your current Denton ISD Free or Reduced Lunch Letter, or make other arrangements with the DSA Treasurer. (There will be an additional $25 Late Fee for registration after 4 PM on Saturday, July 25th).

If your player will be 4 on or before July 31, 2009, they can play this Fall. If this is the first time registering with DSA, we must have a copy of the player's Official Birth Certificate (State, County, or Passport). We can't accept Hospital Birth Certificates, baptism records, etc.

 Teams are formed by placing players on rosters according to their age and then, school area. If your player has played with DSA before, they will be kept on their same team or team "core", even if the Coach is not returning. If you wish to place your player back in the "Player Pool" or if you want to request to "Play Up", you must complete the appropriate forms, in addition to your registration forms.
The Boundary for the Denton Soccer Assocaiton is the Denton ISD. So, if your player attends or lives within the Denton ISD, they must register with Denton Soccer Association. However, if it is more practical for your player to play in another Association, we will release them to do so. There is a fee of $25, for insurance and Administrative Fees. This only needs to be completed once a Soccer Year. (A Soccer Year starts with the Fall Season and ends with the completion of the Spring Season).

Once Teams are formed, we will begin Coaches Meetings.   The Coaches will be given your information as soon as he/she completes the mandatory Coaches Meeting and will contact you.   Each Coach determines the practice times and places.
  The Fall 2009 Season will officially start on Sep 12, 2009 and should end Mid-November.
Refund policy:

Through Wednesday, July 29 -- Full Refund

Between Thursday, July 30 and Saturday, August 22 -- $60.

After August 22nd -- NO REFUND
