Welcome to the official website of the Dellwood Dolphins. The team was established in 1976 and is celebrating its 32nd year. We entered the 2008 swim season with a team consisting of a combination of strong coaching, parental support, and most important, swimmers who want to improve their swimming skills and have fun! We are very proud of our team and happy to welcome new members as well as returning members to the team. The Dellwood Dolphins offers individuals the chance to excel with their swimming talent, while encouraging team spirit which unites us all.

Just a quick 'Eric' Update - - - Tomorrow we will be at the 6 week mark. We go back to the doctor and get more x-rays. Pray that they come out o.k. Again, the doctors' last estimated that Eric would have to wear the halo brace for about 9 weeks, which would be about the first week in August. We are keeping our fingers crossed, but understand it could stay on longer - - - and that's o.k. Eric has been in great spirits and has been to almost every swim practice and every swim meet. He loves being around his swim team 'family' and the pool. Of course, he is longing to get back in the pool.
Again we want to express our appreciation for everyone's prayers.

- - -7:30-9:00 am for 11 & Ups
- - - 8:00-9:00 a.m. for 7-10 years
- - - and 9:00-9:30 for our 6 & unders.
Evening practices for all ages will be from 6-7 p.m. on

Fried Chicken will be supplied. Families are asked to bring a side dish or a dessert to share with everyone. Bring your own beverages (no glass bottles).
Cost is $10.00 per family
(swimmer(s), parents, siblings, and grandparents welcome)

Dellwood Dolphins Swim Team Remaining 2008 Schedule
There is a swim meet this Thursday, July 17, at the Dellwood Pool against Hazelwood. The meet begins at 6:00 p.m. Swimmers/Volunteers please arrive by 5:15 p.m. If anyone can arrive at 4:45 to help set up the pool, it would be appreciated.

THE FERGUSON/DELLWOOD SWIM MEET HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED FOR TUESDAY, JULY 22, AT THE DELLWOOD POOL. THE MEET WILL BEGIN AT 6:00 P.M. SWIMMERS/VOLUNTEERS PLEASE ARRIVE BY 5:15 P.M. IF ANYONE CAN ARRIVE AT 4:45 TO HELPSET UP THE POOL, IT WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

FYI - The volunteer sheets for the Prelims and Finals are at every swim practice and meet. Please, please be very generous with your time. We do need a lot of volunteers for the Conference. Sign up early to get the position you would like.
