All classes offered are 4 week programs for the month of July. It is encouraged to sign up for the entire 4 weeks to get maximum results! All classes are taught by Amanda Nye, a, soon to be, ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor! Amanda has a degree in Recreation Management and has been involved with sports and being active her whole life. All classes are held at Ultimate Cheer in Newton, NH. The private location allows for a stress and judgment free and fun workout setting! All ages and abilities welcome. Space is limited so sign up today!
