Registration for the 2010 Season will be held:

Saturday, January 23, 2010 10am - 1pm
Saturday, January 30, 2010 10am - 1pm

Please bring 3 proofs of residency and your child’s birth certificate.

TO EXPEDITE THE PROCESS PLEASE FILL OUT AND PRINT THE REGISTRATION AND MEDICAL RELEASE FORMS BELOW AND BRING THEM WITH YOU TO REGISTRATION.
