LEARN THE LAWS AND RULES OF SOCCER
It is important for all of us to know the basic "Laws" and rules of the game of soccer as set forth by FIFA (the worlds governing body for soccer/futball).
Click on the FIFA icon to go to their web site. There is a wealth of information on this site so take some time to explore.
If you want to view the "Laws of the Game", scroll down the FIFA home page till you see "Laws of the Game" and click on "2001 Edition". When the page opens, scroll down and click on "English -Laws 1-17 -The fourth official".
