* We will be doing fly-over starts during the prelim sessions.
* Warm-ups for prelims will start at 8:00 a.m. and the meet will start at 9:00 a.m. Warm-ups for finals will start at 4:30 p.m. and with meet will start at 5:30 p.m. The doors at the Rec Center will open 15 minutes prior to the start of each warm-up session. These times are for all 3 days of the meet.
* The 1500 free will only be swum at finals on Friday (first event of finals).
* Due to other championship meets going on this same weekend, we are in need of officials. Please ask any of your parents that are officials and are attending this meet to help us out.
* Per Ohio Swimming: Each visiting team must supply at least one timer for each session of this meet. Here are each teams lane assignments, and this is for each session of the entire meet:
Lane 1: WTRC & EST, Lane 2: WOR & DR, Lane 3: WAC & DCST, Lane 4: UASC & GCSTO, Lane 5: P-burg Y & GTAC, Lane 6: Tol Y & KCST, Lane 7: SYL & NAAC, Lane 8: GTAC & GTAC. Please make your parents aware of this. There will be an orange poster board near the admissions table in the lobby for your parents to sign up to time. We want to avoid having to hold the meet up while we wait for people to volunteer. Also, it would be nice if the more local teams provided more than the required number of timers for the Sunday finals session so that those traveling could leave a little earlier.
* There is positive check-in for the following events: 11-12 400 free, 13-14 1500 free/400 IM/400 free, 10 & U 200 IM/200 free.
The positive check-in sheets will be on deck near the announcer table. Please make sure your swimmers know this.
