Game Procedures
1. Each team needs to provide one new and one used game ball for the game.
2. Home team is responsible for keeping the official scorebook and reporting the final score to ryb@sunflower.com within 24 hours of the game's completion. The home team will occupy the 3rd base dugout.
3. Visiting team is responsible for operating the scoreboard at 4H and returning the bases and pitching machine (Fenway) to the coaches room, replacing the base plugs and turning off the lights if you are the last game on that field. The lasts team to return their bases is responsible for locking up the coaches room and the main gate to the concession area.
4. The first game of the evening will start at 6 pm with second game starting no earlier than 8:00 pm allowing for 15 minutes between games. We would like to get the 2nd game started as quickly as possible. If you take infield, please make it brief. Please be warmed up and ready to go. Games will go at least 2 hrs (U9-U12) or 1 hr 45 min. (U8) unless shortened by the run rule. The game will end at the time limit mark if the game is not in question.
