2010 President Cup Tournament Information

Dates: 13-14 February 2010

Locations:

Open/National - Dayton Convention Center, University of Dayton and other locations in Dayton

Club/Regional/Under division - Columbus Convention Center 

Note: 12s will be played in Dayton

Entry Fee: $395 (Make checks payable to Dayton Jrs)/ 12s is $295 

Matches: Minimum of 7 matches garantied  (Pool Format - 6 team pools)

Registration Form: President's Cup Entry Form

Open Division of the 2010 President's Cup is an Invitational Tournament. Each entry will be reviewed and the teams will be accepted based on the strength of the team. If the event has more applicants than team spots available per age group, the event will need to evoke the Strength Clause. This means that the event will select the strongest teams based on information provided as well as available to fill in the allowed number of teams. To be considered payment MUST be in by Jan 14th 2010 and the rational why to be considered for the event. If vacancies are still available after this date teams will be considered on a case by case basis.

Note: To be considered must provide rational of why your team should be considered. Please remember that this event is early and that many teams will hardly have any match results to submit.


The Club/Regional/Under Division of President's Cup entries will be accepted on a first come first serve basis. To be accepted payment must be sent (Checks received will not be cashed earlier than the 14th Jan 2010). Teams will be accepted until we reach the maximum number for that division.

Registration form MUST be recieved by 1 February 2010. Team Information will not be included in Tournament Guide unless submitted. Please remember that this guide will also be used by college coaches.

Note: If teams have not paid by the dealine they will be automatically put on the Waiting List.

Note: Entry Forms for Tournament Guide need to be submitted electronically to Howard Garcia at astolfo21@aol.com
