Welcome to the DANBURY ATHLETIC YOUTH ORGANIZATION'S website. Our intentions are to inform you, the D.A.Y.O. Family and Fans, by providing up to date information about our programs including: Basketball, Football/Cheerleading, Flag Football, Lacrosse, T-Ball, Middle School Track & Field and BINGO, as well as other D.A.Y.O. sponsored activities. Danbury Trojans send two teams to Nationals!

The Trojans sent their Jr. Midget and Midget cheerleading teams to the Pop Warner National Championships in Florida! Both squads did very well with 6th and 3rd place finishes respectively.  Both squads will continue to be out in the community fundraising to help offset the costs of this trip.  If you would like to donate to this fund, please make checks out to DAYO and mail to P.O. Box 75, Danbury, CT. 06813. Please mark your donation "travel fund".  Both teams appreciate all of the support! GO TROJANS!

PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE LETTER AS NEW NEWS IS THROUGHOUT!! AND YOU DON'T WANT TO MISS IMPORTANT INFORMATION! 
The Danbury Athletic Youth Organization (D.A.Y.O.) is a Non-Profit organization formed in 1978 to encourage organized athletic programs in our community to promote life lessons in sportsmanship, teamwork and character building to the children of the greater Danbury area.  We are the proud sponsors of the nationally recognized Danbury Trojans Pop Warner Football/Cheer program for boys and girls starting at age 5-15.  We are part of the Southern Conn League and all of our divisions are age and weight controlled to provide the safest possible environment for our players.  In addition, we offer T-Ball, Flag Football, Lacrosse, Middle School Basketball and our newest program, Middle School Track and Field.  DAYO is run by dedicated volunteers whose commitment is to provide the best possible guidance to our youth.

DAYO MONTHLY MEETINGS

D.A.Y.O. MONTHLY MEETING - NEW TIME AUGUST-NOVEMBER  

Meetings are held on the third Thursday of every month.  This months meeting will take place at the Steven Kaplanis Memorial Field block house. (Home field for the Trojans) ,Thursday, February 16th at 6:30pm.  All are welcome to attend. 

February's meeting will be held at Sport & Wellness Center, Sandpit Rd
