Jon Dym, z"l
After being diagnosed with a cancerous brain tumor (glio-blastoma multiforme), and after a struggle for almost one year exactly, Jon Dym left this world early Aug 25, 2005, and entered the next.

Jon joined the Dawgs in the spring of 2002, and contributed greatly to the team, furnishing a much needed leadership role.

In the words of team mate Lowell Blackman, "He had a strong impact on the players and his quiet style of leadership was keenly felt. I know that I felt his spirit and what he had imparted on us all. He was, in some way, always in the background. I felt like the teanm was his team, his doing. I have never known a more dedicated coach in this league, and I think
most people on the team looked to him for guidance and reassurance as his
subdued manner reflected a particular classiness and integrity, and an ability
to step back and see the whole picture. "

This writer could not have put it in better words.

Our deepest condolences go to his widow Orly, and their daughters.
