2009 FALL SOCCER
CONKLIN FALL SOCCER 2009 Ages 10 - 12 – UPPER DIVISION * Ages 7 - 9 – LOWER DIVISION * Ages 4 - 6 – INSTRUCTIONAL PROGRAM * 3 WAYS TO REGISTER: --Fill out the information to the right and bring it to the sign-ups at Schnurbusch Park on the dates listed below. --E-mail the information requested to conklinyouth@att.net . Visit the website at www.conklinyouthsports.com for additional application forms. --Mail the completed information requested to: Fran Bealo 31 Roxbury St. Conklin, NY 13748 REGISTER AT THE PAVILIONS IN SCHNURBUSCH PARK MONDAY, JUNE 29, 7 PM TO 8 PM MONDAY, JULY 6, 6 PM TO 7 PM THURSDAY, JULY 9, 7 PM TO 8 PM * - Age is determined by the child’s age on August 31st, 2009. Games will be played on weeknights and Saturdays. The teams will begin practice in late August with the games starting in mid-September.
The Instructional Program will be on Saturdays starting in mid-September.
