2010 - 2011 Central York Ice Hockey Club

The Central York High School Panthers are ready to roar back to the ice for another exciting hockey season. The club will again be featuring both a Varsity, Junior Varsity and a Middle School team. The Varsity, and Jr. Varsity team's will compete at CPIHL's premier Tier I level where our skaters are challenged to exert their best efforts. This year's effort will be anchored by returning seniors Andrew Barninger, Andrew Guinan, Andrew Potter, Cameron Swengel, and Brenden McWilliams. Providing stability at the blue line and in front of the net will be a strong junior class contingent made of Kenny Gross, Clayton and Colton Traynham, Nate Troupe, and Jared Williamson. Classmates Houston Brautigan, Sam Ferro, Tyler Royer, and Dakota Stabley will buttress their efforts. The sophomore class will bring it's talent and muscle to the ice with returning Varsity skaters CJ Belker, Evan Malachosky, Lucas Marchesani, and James Mueller leading the way. Stehl Taylor will bring his abilities to this talented group. Freshmen skaters Christian Billings, Steven Gross, and Dylan Zavett will be ready to add their abilities to the clubs season. Between the pipes will be junior goaltender Tallen Stroman, and freshman goaltender Stuart Perry. The coaching efforts will again be directed by returning Head Coach Rick Lefever who will be assisted by Rick Guinan, Scott Jolly, and Shane Stroman. The JV team this year will be led by Head Coach Frank Marchesani who will be assisted by Scott Jolly, and Greg Troupe.

This season's Middle School team will be joining with skaters from Spring Grove, and Northeastern. The team will showcase the talents of returning Central Skaters Mason Keth, Brock Lefever, Ryan Moran, and Collin Young. Central newcomers Katie Hackos, Gavin Lyter, Griffin Mundis, as well as brothers Nic and Anthony Tranchitella bring some added strength to the team. From Spring Grove, Ethan Clark, Kaden Glatfelter, and Blake Harlacher will be joining the team. From Northeastern,Tyler Mundis joins the Middle School effort for 2010-2011. Holding down the goaltending will be Bryan Briggs from Central. Leading the team's efforts will be first year head coach Shane Harlacher, assistance will come from Rick Lefever, and Greg Troupe
