This year, the Maidens faced a couple of new opponents in their quest to defend last year's Championship. None were able to keep up however, and in their first true test of the year, this young team came together very well, remaining undefeated for the entire tournament.

MAIDENS HONORED FOLLOWING AWESOME SEASON
After an amazing season with a 3rd in state finish, the following honors were bestowed on our Maidens:
Feb. 14-15, 2009: It was another muddy weekend, but at least quite a bit warmer than last year. The players and parents had a great time at the games and parades, all topped off with a championship! Special thanks to Maiden alums Megan Kource, Katie Miller, and Jen Andjelich for helping us out on the field!
