 *Team Accomplishments*

March 30, 2013:  14U Easter Bash Tournament  Intruders '00 take 2ND PLACE in this 14U tournament.  We went undefeated up until the very last inning of our championship game allowing our opponent 1 run.  GREAT softball Saturday girls!!! (Splendora, TX)

March 1-3, 2013: St. Patty's Day USFA NIT Tournament  Intruders '00 take 1ST PLACE finish.  Secured our berth into the USFA Nationals in Panama City, Florida.  What a tremendous weekend! (Katy, Texas)  

March 22-24, 2013: Jeff Edwards Memorial Tournment Intruders '00 finished in 4TH PLACE  out of 27 teams.  (Splendora, Texas)   Another GREAT tournament for our girls.

Nov. 9-11: Harvest Bash Tournament Intruders '00 finish in 2ND PLACE out of 23 teams.  We went undefeated into the Championship game. Very close game..final score was 1-2. 

Oct. 28th Ronald McDonald Tournament: Intruders '00 take 8TH PLACE  finish out of 39 teams at the 12u Ronald McDonald Tournament. (The Woodlands, TX - October 26th-28th) .  Way to go Intruders!!  Everyone played GREAT!

2012 USFA 12u Southern National Runnerups: *2nd out of 18 teams* (Gulfport, MS July 26-29th)

  About our Head Coach:

  Our Head Coach is Ruben Munguia. He brings 18U Gold Level experience to our coaching staff. We are looking forward to implementing the mindset and fundamental skill level it requires to achieve college placement for these young talented athletes. We are associated with the Cy-Fair Intruders 18U Gold team program, which has a well established name among college recruiters from all over the country.

The Cy-Fair Intruders 2000 are a sanctioned Cy-Fair Girls Athletic Association 2000 Class, 2nd year 12U Fastpitch Tournament Team. It is our mission to provide a positive instructional coaching atmosphere where fundamentals and teamwork are emphasized. Practices are held at Dyess Park where we focus on every girl’s individual strengths and weaknesses.  We compete in both local and regional tournaments.

We would like to give honor and glory to God for giving us the ability to play this great game that we love so much. Without Him we have nothing.  A big thanks to our parents for the support they give these talented young ladies enduring the heat and cold during the softball season.

Congratulations Intruders '00  on taking 3rd Place at the Valentine Classic Cupid Shootout (Feb. 11th-12th). 

The Intruders '00 ROCKED THE HOUSE this weekend at the Battle on the Brazos II softball tournament.  We placed 4th out of 14 teams.  We rattled our last opponent and almost came out on top.  Way to play!
