CYBL-California Youth Basketball League/HopeHouse Sports Inc: Refund Policy

 

CYBL has a NO REFUND policy. 


 


We understand that there are unforeseen circumstances in which a player may not be able to participate.  For this reason CYBL offers a ONE time transfer to another season.  Transfer requests must be received on or before the first registered seasons game for your area.  In order to apply for the transfer please fill out the CYBL Transfer Request Form, you may obtain the form by clicking on the link below, by calling the CYBL office at 916.391.3900, or by emailing finance@cybhoops.com Once completed you may mail the form to:

After CYBL receives your completed form we will review your request and contact you by mail to confirm receipt of the request and inform you in regards to our decision to approve your transfer.  Transfers will NOT be approved for the following reasons:  dissatisfaction with team placement, issues with practice times or locations, and issues with game times and locations.  In order to assure that your request is received by CYBL you must submit the Transfer Request Form in writing as described above.  Verbal requests given to coaches, gym workers or CYBL employees will not be honored.

If your child does not get placed on a team, i.e. division is full, not enough participants.  You will receive a full refund for the total amount paid.

In the event of game cancellations and or forfeits due to no cause by CYBL - it's organizers & staff.  Refunds will not be honored. 

Any fees paid through active.com will not be refunded as those fees are paid directly to active.com.  Active.com processes CYBL’S online & credit card transactions.

Should a refund be granted due to extreme unforeseen circumstances* not included above a $25 administrative fee will be deducted per registration.  *Each circumstance is decided on a per case basis.
