About the Team:
The CYA United are a U13 Boys travel soccer team in the Chantilly Youth Association (CYA), based in Northern Virginia. The team is in Division 3 of the NCSL league. The boys are coached by Abdirizak Mohamed, a former college player who holds USSF and US National Youth coaching licenses. They are also receive training from Cristian Linte, a former Romanian semi-professional player and college coach. The team maintains a 10-month a year program, including NCSL league play in the Fall and Spring, a one month break in the Summer and Winter, conditioning during the Winter, and several tournaments a year. The team philosophy is to provide players with a competitive and rewarding soccer experience that allows them to develop to their full potential both on and off the field, and to teach good sportsmanship.

CYA United will be conducting tryouts to recruit additional players for their Spring and Fall 2010 roster on the following dates (Time / Location TBD):

Wednesday, March 3rd
Friday, March 5th
If needed, additional tryouts will be scheduled during the Spring season.
