Mission Statement
We are an 18Gold travel team based in Corona California.
|
|
We are committed to the development of all of our Student-Athletes, both mentally and physically in order to prepare them for the next level of competition. Our goal is to bring out the best in every player by conducting very structured, detail oriented practices with an emphasis on mastering the fundamentals
in a highly competitive environment. We also understand that playing the game of softball will only be in our player’s lives a short time but the lessons
of teamwork, self discipline, and the successful results of hard work will stay with them forever. We strive to consistently provide our players a highly competitive schedule that will also allow them to showcase their skills.

Commitment to Excellence:
Doing what ever it takes to improve your skills. When you're tired of drills and can't go on, DO ONE MORE.
Be the first to practice and the last to leave. Everybody's extra effort is your normal effort.
Average players only do what it takes to stay average. Excellent players understand the commitment in being excellent. The only place success comes before work is in the dictionary.
Team Chemistry:
Understanding there is no one player, parent, or coach more important than the team as a whole.
Everyone understands the common goals of the team and works together in achieving those goals. Egos and attitudes
are left at home. When no one cares who gets the credit, your success will be unlimited.
Heart:
The internal desire to succeed. Knowing when the day is done you have left nothing on the field, and you have done
everything possible to help your team succeed. Heart is NEVER allowing your team to loose because of a lack of effort. Heart is NEVER being out hustled. Heart is having a passion for the game, and being passionate about succeeding in it.
