Central Virginia Youth Roller Hockey League: Welcome

The championship games have been rescheduled for Sunday, January 3rd, 2010.  See calendar for exact times.

The FALL 2009 BANQUET has been scheduled for Saturday, January 9th, from 4:30 - 7:00pm.  Bring the family.  Siblings (and parents) can skate.  We ask for each family to bring a dish (side dish, desert, chips, etc.).  The league provides drink and pizza. 

Online registration is OPEN for the 2010 winter season.  Please take a minute to register online even if you plan to pay at the rink. 

To register for the next CVYRHL Season, please read everything below and then fill out the form at the end. There are 2 steps to registering. First, you need to fill out the form below and agree to the terms. Second, you must pay (online, at the rink, or by mail).

You can also pay online using Paypal's secured payment service.  Below the registration form, you will find the buttons that allow for online payment to be made.  Because there is a cost associated with offering a secured on-line payment option (using PayPal), the there is an extra fee for paying this way.  On-line payments include the ability to use a charge or debit card. 

League Fees:
Standard league fee - 1st child:  $99
Standard league fee - 2nd, 3rd, 4th child: $87
2nd league fee - same player in a 2nd league: $75
League fee for child of a head coach: $79

After 1^st game, all fees increase by $20.  

Waiver Claim: Acknowledging that hockey is a contact sport, I agree that Skateland of Ashland, Inc., C.V.Y.R.H.L its agents, servants and employees shall not be held liable to me for any injury resulting directly or indirectly from my participation in roller skating and roller hockey, whether incurred on the floor or otherwise in or about Skateland of Ashland, Inc. I further agree that I discharge Skateland of Ashland, Inc., C.V.Y.R.H.L, its agents, servants and employees from all actions, claims and demands I may have for any injury or damage. I understand that my said agreements, release and discharge, shall bind all my heirs, legal representatives and assigns and shall inure to the benefit of Skateland of Ashland, Inc., C.V.Y.R.H.L., its agents, servants, and employees and their successors and assigns. It is further agreed that Skateland of Ashland, Inc., does not and shall not be considered to guarantee/warrant, such equipment as may be used in the conducting of the program.

If you need to register a 2nd child and the form does not appear, click on a different menu in the website and then return to this homepage.  It should appear again.

If you want to pay online, please use the buttons below. After the 1st game, registration fees do increase by $20.

Remember, you can also pay at the rink or by mailing a check to the rink.  The online payment option is a little more expensive because offering this service has a cost that is included in the fee.  It does allow for payment by Credit Card.

For the 1st league for your 1st child, you should select the 1st button ($104).  If that child is playing in 2 leagues (squirts and peewees for example), you also need to select the button for the 2nd league ($78). 

If you are registering more than 1 child in your family, use the button for registering the 2nd child for each additional child in the same family ($91).  The 1st child pays the normal fee and all additional children play at a discount.

If you are a head coach, the fee is $84 so you can use that button.  If a child of a head coach is playing in a 2nd league, the 2nd league cost is the same as the normal 2nd league cost.
