Experience
This is Mindy's third year at CVVC. Last season, she coached the 18's team to 3 first place tournament finishes and a 1st place at club regionals. Besides club, she spent the three years as head volleyball coach at Francis Scott Key High School, a volleyball power house in the Baltimore Metro Area. In three years she amassed a record of 38-8 with two county and two conference championships. In 2006 Mindy was named Baltimore Sun Coach of the Year. This past season she opened Manchester Valley High School and is the head volleyball coach there. Mindy is a physical education teacher in Carroll County, she has a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. She played collegiate volleyball at McDaniel. Besides volleyball, Mindy enjoys exercising, spending time with family, friends, and her dog

Matt Troy

Experience:
Matt enters his 3rd year as a coach at CVVC. Last year he lead the 18's to a gold medal finish in the Diamond Division at the East Coast Championships in Pittsburgh.
Matt was hired this past year as the Howard Community College head coach located in Columbia, MD. This year his team finished 3rd in MDJUCO with an 10-2 record and was the #1 seed for the DIII NJCAA Regional Tournament. Matt coached two Region XX 1st team players in (OH) Carly Pruitt and (MH) Brandi Cook and Honorable Mention (S) Kristina Johnson.
Matt's other experiences include: Assistant volleyball coach at Gettysburg College, where he helped guide the Bullets to the 2008 Conference Championship. Varsity baseball coach for 4 years and Golf Coach for 2 years at Linganore High School. While at Linganore Matt took over two sub par programs that blossomed into yearly contenders for the conference championship. At Linganore High School Matt received Coach of the Year honors in 2008 as head coach of the baseball team as Linganore won the County Championship as well as the Conference Championship.

Mike is in his 7th year with CVVC and his 4th as a Strength & Conditioning Consultant for Stevenson University's Womens Volleyball. Mike is also the strength and conditioning coach for the club. He has been a head coach for the 14's and 18 teams over his tenure and 3 years as an assistant at the 16, 17 and 18 levels.
Mike's other coaching experience includes: 22 years as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for numerous athletes & teams including: Stevenson University Womens Volleyball, Chapelgate Academy's JV & Varisity Volleyball, Liberty High School Varsity Volleyball, FSK High School Football program, West Carroll Football( 9--13yr olds), West Carroll Soccer, HCYP Baseball, Coach / Assistant Coach for West Carroll Soccer, & Assistant Coach for HCYP Softball.

Danielle has been a part of the CVVC club 8 years with 5 years experience as a player and 2 as an assistant coach. Currently Danielle is a member of the Stevenson Volleyball team and plays outside hitter.
In high school Danielle played for Francis Scott Key high school were she was a standout for their volleyball team. While at FSK Danielle was 1st Team All-MVAL, 1st Team All-County and the 2007 team MVP. She also was a 2nd Team All-State for the entire state of Maryland.
