Experience:
Matt Troy became the eighth head coach of the Johns Hopkins women's volleyball program in May 2010.
Troy quickly turned the Blue Jays into a Centennial Conference powerhouse, compiling a 27-3 conference record since taking the helm in 2010 and an overall record of 73-21 for a program best .777 winning percentage. In his first three seasons, Troy lead his Blue Jays to Back-to-Back Conference Championships as well as consecutive births to the NCAA tournament; both are program firsts. Hopkins dropped just four sets en route to capturing the Centennial Conference crown in 2011, as Troy was named Centennial Conference Coach of the Year. The Blue Jays finished the 2011 season with a program-best record of 25-5 only to be outdone in 2012 with a 29-4 record.
Troy came to Johns Hopkins after serving as the head coach at Howard Community College for one season and an assistant coach at Gettysburg College the year before.
Troy is in his sixth year with the Carroll Viper Volleyball Club and is currently assistant director and head coach. He currently teaches physical education and health at Crestwood Middle School in Frederick, MD. Troy is a 2002 graduate of West Virginia University with a bachelor's degree in physical education and health. In 2009, he completed his master's from West Virginia in athletic coaching education.

Experience:
Mike is in his 8th year with CVVC and his 2nd as the Head Coach at Howard Community College. This past season Mike lead his HCC Dragons to their first ever trip to the National Championship where they finished 6th in the Nation. He also received District G Coach of the Year honors.
Prior to becoming the HCC coach, Mike was a Strength & Conditioning Consultant for Stevenson University's Womens Volleyball. Mike is also the strength and conditioning coach for the club. He was a head coach for the 14's, 16's and 18's teams over his tenure and three years as an assistant coach at the 16, 17 and 18 levels.
Mike's other coaching experience includes: 23 years as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for numerous athletes & teams including: Stevenson University Womens Volleyball, Chapelgate Academy's JV & Varisity Volleyball, Liberty High School Varsity Volleyball, FSK High School Football program, West Carroll Football (9-13 yr .olds), West Carroll Soccer, HCYP Baseball, Coach/Assistant Coach for West Carroll Soccer, & Assistant Coach for HCYP Softball.

Experience:
Tim enters his 3rd season as a head coach for CVVC. Currently, Tim is in his 3rd season as the head coach at Francis Scott Key High School where he holds a 45-8 overall record. His accomplishments include a County, Regional and State Championship in 2009 and in 2012 his team reached the Regional Final.
Tim's playing experience includes the Empire Games his Junior and Senior year - Captain and, as a Freshman, he played for the Towson Volleyball Club.

Kevin is in his second year coaching for CVVC. Kevin was the head coach of the 13’s team last year. Kevin was also a player/coach in college his senior year at Lebanon Valley College. Kevin was a four-year starter for the Lebanon Valley College (LVC) Men’s Volleyball Team, which competed at a Division I level at that time. Kevin was a two-time captain at LVC. He predominantly played outside hitter but also played middle blocker and setter. Kevin was a two-time co-MVP of the LVC Men’s Volleyball Team. Kevin is the all-time career leader in kills, blocks, digs and aces for LVC’s Men’s Volleyball Team.
