Fees paid to CVVC directly benefit players in the program.
Expenses that are covered in the fee include, but are not limited to:

            Gym Rental

            Coaches  Stipend

            Balls, equipment, etc

            Administrative Costs: Paper, office supplies, website, etc

            Tournament entry fees, 6-8,  including one multi-day, overnight tournament

            Hotel costs for the players, coaches and chaperones (over night tourney)

            USAV membership fees for players, coaches

            Insurance for USAV sanctioned practices and tournaments

            Mandatory certifications and background checks for coaches and chaperones

            Scorekeeping Clinics

 

 

Uniforms will be ordered on the first day of practice and bear a separate cost which is due the first practice. Cost will vary depending on pieces ordered. Returning players may use last years uniform. 

           

Your child will  benefit from approximately 200 + hours of quality instruction.

Coaches receive a stipend to help offset their cost of travel to and from practices and tournaments. They are not paid a salary and are therefore volunteers of their time, skills and knowledge.  

12 and under           $600                          6 or more tournaments

14 and under           $700                          8 or more tournaments

18 and under           $850                          8 or more tournaments

Taxi  Player is half the club fee. 

Payment Plan for Club Dues

Club dues may be spread into three equal payments. The first is due the first day of practice. Subsequent payments are due the first week of January and February. 

 ***Please note that failure to make scheduled payments of club fees will prevent players from participating in practices and tournaments until account is brought up to date.***

   Please note:  Fundraisers that are productive and worth while are available on a team and individual basis to help players cover the cost of club volleyball. Many players at CVVC have been able to help offset much of their club fees through these fundraisers. We encourage all players to participate in the fundraisers.
