2009 Sponsor Form

Sponsors are a vital part of the success of Clinton Valley Little League.  Without them we could not offer the opportunity to the youth of our community to participate in Little League Baseball.

Donations can be made from as little as $10.00 for a personal ad up to $250.00 for a corporate sponsorship.  All sponsors/donations will be placed in our annual yearbook and sponsorship/donations of either $100.00 or $250.00 will be presented with a plaque, plus for a $250.00 Corporate sponsorship a banner will be presented and will be placed at events during the season.
