IMPORTANT (Please Read)

The following documents are required in order for your registration to be complete and can be downloaded from the Handouts section:

• Medical Release Form

• Code of Conduct Form

• Little League Volunteer Application (if you plan to coach, manage, perform field maintenance, keep the scorebook, or pitch count) 

Also, a copy of your child's Birth Certificate, if you are new to the league. These documents can be mailed or delivered to one of our Walk-In registrations. If you plan to deliver them during one of our Walk-in registrations, you can use the “Fast Lane” to save you time.
