Juniors Baseball Evaluations

Evaluations for Juniors baseball (Little League ages 13-14) will be held on Sunday February 20th from 1pm to 3pm at Mehl Park field 4.

Registration fee is $165 which includes a field maintenance fee of $25 that is refundable as Snack Bar Dollars.

The following forms need to be completed:

  1. 2011 Registration Form
  2. Medical Release Form
  3. Code of Conduct Form
  4. Copy of Birth Certificate (if not a returning player)
