Canyon View Little League: For Our Coaches

If you want to manage or coach a team, please fill out the "“Little League Volunteer Application”. This application will provide our league officials with your contact information and help us determine where you will coach. It is important to provide the email address you check most often. This is our method of communicating with the coaches.

Each team may have only one manager and one primary coach prior to team formation. One
additional team parent (or non-parent volunteer) may be added as an assistant coach after team formation.
Only registered and approved coaches are allowed on the field and in the dugout during games. Of course,
other parent volunteers may help at practice.

NOTE: All volunteers must fill out the official “Little League Volunteer Application” which can be downloaded from the Handouts section.  Individuals who will have regular contact with the players,
including managers; coaches; and parent volunteers must fill out the application. Little League now
requires a background check be conducted on all volunteers. 

No coach or volunteer will be allowed to work with the players until they have
submitted a volunteer application and the application has been approved by CVLL.

Note: You must provide a copy of a valid government issued photo identification with the application.  A driver’s license is fine.
