All player families will be getting a weekly update information e-mail from your team Moms.  This information will help to keep you informed of any changes or requirements that may arise as the season progresses. 

Many changes come from the main orginization at the last minute.  We appreciate your patience as this process and season gets underway.

Free Concussion Course!

The NFHS proudly offers Concussions in Sports - What You Need to Know, a free online course designed to educate coaches, officials, parents and students on the importance of proper concussion recognition and management in high school sports.

The course meets new legislation, Assembly Bill 1451, requiring California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) high school coaches receive training every two years on recognizing the signs of concussions.
