Team Web Coordinators: Each and every team, from Juniors to Majors, in the CVGSL has their own website. Each team should have one person, usually the Team Parent, in charge of updating and editing the team website. If you are the website coordinator for your team, the league needs you to send this info to the league IT Coordinator at vicki@wedosports.com. Email the Team Web Coordinator Name, email, phone number and which Division you are in and your Team Name (sponsor) not nickname You will then be given access to your site. Uploading pictures is one of the most frequently used areas of your site. Upload and create as many albums as you want just remember a few things: all pictures must be in .jpg format and keep pictures SMALL! The lowest setting on your digital camera (Less than 100K)!! So all teams can post as many pictures as they want and have fun. Any large pictures will be deleted if we start to run out of space. Also, don't use the girls last name on the site. Use Example: Jessie H. (Nickname) or Jessie (Nickname). Most parents prefer not to have the last names posted. All work on the site is to be done by the Parent Web Coordinator. Thanks and have fun !!
