The Mission of the Cullman Baseball Program 

To encourage each player to reach their full potential and have the opportunity to win a championship; but more importantly, to further instill characteristics that will lead to success in life.  In doing so, prepare them to be more influential in their families and communities.

Bearcat Baseball is played with great passion, tradition, and a love for the game.  To be a part of the Bearcat Baseball Family you must have:

• A commitment and dedication to the program AT ALL TIMES
• A trust in yourself, your coaches, and your TEAM
• The discipline to become a better baseball player, student, and most importantly, a better PERSON
• A humble confidence and knowledge that there is NO substitute for HARD WORK
• A knowledge that we never hope to win, we EXPECT to win, because WE DESERVE TO WIN!
• An awareness that there is no room for a selfish player in this PROGRAM
