CT District 11 Tournaments: Tournament's Hosting

This year the Ct state 10/11 LL BB Tournament will be hosted by Jewett City Little League from August 3 to August 5th. All games will be held at the complex. This tournament will be a best of two (2). The winner from Sect I will Play the winner form Sect II @ 7pm.

Schedule:

8/3- Monday @ 7pm Section 1- Fairfield (D2) (7) vs. Section 2-Burlington (D6) (0)

8/4- Tuesday @ 7pm Section 1- Fairfield (D2) (9) vs. Section 2-Burlington (D6) (7)

8/5- Wednesday @ 7pm (If needed)

I-395 to Exit 84 (Lisbon). Take Route 12 north into Jewett City. After 2nd traffic light, bear right at fork onto Route 201. Take 2nd right onto Wilson St. Field is at end of road.

The Junior League Baseball Section II Tournament will be hosted by District 11 and District 10 Little League Baseball Inc. All games hosted by District 11 will be played at the Moosup Little League complex and all games hosted by District 10 will be played at Pawcatuck.

Killingly defeats Ellington to win the Section II Championship!!!

This year the Senoir League State Tournamnet will be hosted by Killingly and held at the Owen Bell Complex located off Rte 395.

Tournament dates July 24-29, Game times 5:30pm.

7/24- D8-Somers (1) vs. D11-Brooklyn/Killingly (13)

7/25- D9-Portland (1) vs. D11-Brooklyn/Killingly  (11)

7/26- D8-Somers (9) vs. Portland (3)

7/28- D11-Brooklyn/Killingly  (12) vs. D8-Somers (6) Possible Section II Championship Game !!

Brooklyn/Killingly  wins the section II Title.

2. Somers 1 win/ 2 Loss

3. Portland 2 Losses & Eliminated.

This year the 10/11 CT BASEBALL STATE TOURNAMENT will be held at the Jewett City Complex. The date will be August 1-3. As in past years tournament dates are subject to change.

This year the 2009, Junior League Baseball State Tournament will be divided into two sections, Sect 1 will be hosted by D2 & Sect 2 hosted by D10 (Pawcatuck LL) & D11 (Moosup LL). The date is tentative for a July 23rd start. As in past years tournament dates are subject to change.
