Each league should recieve a supply&nbsp;Kit along with rule books. They will begin shipping soon&nbsp;to leagues that have already sent in the Application for Charter and Insurance.For first time, anyone can now purchase a Little League Rule Book from Little League International. Previously, Little League only sold the books to the local League President or District Administrator when they produced the League or District ID number. </font></font>

<font face="Comic Sans MS,sans-serif" size="4">For 2009, the retail price for the three books (Baseball, Softball, Challenger Division) is $7 each. </font>
