Started coaching in 1980 with the Pomfret Little League. Coached Softball teams for 24 out of those 27 years, including LL, JrL, & SrL Softball. Started umpiring in 1981 for the Pomfret Little League. Started umpiring for District 11 All-Stars in 1985 representing Pomfret Little League. Helped Tom Cacciapuoti start the District 11 All-Star Umpire Association in 1990. Held position of Pomfret Little League President for 8 years. Other various positions held consecutive & or concurrent for Pomfret Little League including: VP Softball & Baseball, 3 years
