1: Form YL (Youth League), 50 sell for $20.00 plus S&H of $5.95 and CA Tax. For the past 25 years this OBO has been used in San Bernardino, CA for the Western Regional Finals of Little League. Specifically designed by Mr. William "Bill" Carter and his Staff of Umpires at the Little League West Regional Headquarters. This form also provides a place to keep track of defensive/offensive conferences and the pitch count each inning.
2: Form YLC (Youth League Continuous), 50 sell for $20.00 plus S&H of $5.95 and CA Tax. This OBO is designed for teams who bat up to 16 or less players each inning.
3: Form HS (High School), 50 sell for $20.00 plus S&H of $5.95 and CA Tax. This OBO has space for the Re-entry Inning of a starting player and is used for Big League, High School, American Legion, etc..
This form is used every year for the past 25 years in San Bernardino, CA for the Western Regional Finals of Little League.
