NOTES:
1.        In all divisions except TB-2, a manager may borrow pool players if he / she has less than nine for the game.  The manager must go through the division VP to use pool players.

2.        If after 4 innings of play (5 innings in Junior/Senior Leagues), one team has a lead of ten runs or more the manager with the least runs must concede.  If the visiting team has a lead of ten or more runs, the home team must bat in its half of the inning.  Each game, subject to the time limits in Local Rule V.5, will be played a minimum of four (4) complete innings (The Home team will always bat last).

3.        In TB-1, a runner cannot advance to the next base unless the pitched ball physically touches the backstop.  In ML-2 and TB-1, a runner cannot advance home on a wild pitch, passed ball, or throwing error to score the final (max) run of the inning.

4.        When the trailing team cannot catch up to the leading team because it cannot score enough runs as allowed by the max-run rules, the trailing team must concede victory to the leading team.  However, it must be a regulation game.

5.        No new inning may begin after 10:00 pm, and the game must stop at 10:30 pm.

6.        No new inning shall start after two hours (2:00) from the beginning of the game unless the score of the game is tied at that point. If the score is tied at the end of the seventh inning or after two hours, the game shall be continued into extra innings—weather and daylight permitting—until a winner is determined

7.        There are no time limits for Majors games.

8.        When the fourth or fifth inning starts after one hour and thirty minutes (1:30), the UiC shall notify both managers that the new inning will be the “final regulation inning” and declare that the maximum runs which may be scored by either team in the inning (and all subsequent innings if the score is tied) will be increased (NOTE: The third inning may NOT be a “final regulation inning” because at the end of the third inning the game is not yet regulation.)

9.        All TB-2 games are 3 innings in length.  No won/loss records will be kept.
