Welcome to the Central Square Pop Warner Site....home of the Redmen! The goal of our organization is to provide an extracurricular football and cheerleading program for the youth of our community which is devoted to the safety, education and sportsmanship of our young athletes.
Helmet / Candy Handout Football
Football players helmet/candy handout for Mitey-mites, Jr-peewee, Peewee,
Jr-midget, Midget. will be Tuesday July 29th 6:00pm. at Van Lieu Park.
Flag football players uniform and candy handout will be Wed July 30th 6:00pm at Van Lieu Park.
Candy/Equipment/Cheer Order Nights
July 29 and 30, 6PM to 8PM. will be candy/equipment/cheer order night. Flag & Mitey Mites will be the July 29th and all others will be July 30th. Those with two or more children signed up are not required to come up to the field on both nights, you can take care of all children the same night.

Central Square Classic Redmen Bowl 2008
The Central Square Redmen are excited to announce that we will be holding our fifth annual Classic Redmen Bowl on Saturday and Sunday November 8th & 9th, in Central Square, New York, and we would like to invite your organization to participate!
Games will be held in our state-of-the-art Paul V. Moore High School football stadium, complete with astro turf, locker rooms, stadium style seating, press box and announcing room. We are also happy to say there is ample parking for everyone, and well have a fully stocked concession stand!
Participating levels will include Jr. Pee Wee, Pee Wee, Jr. Midget and Midget.
Each bowl participant will receive a Redmen Football Classic T-shirt, (which will have all participating program names on it). Each team will receive a trophy signifying their participation in the bowl games, and the winning teams will receive a game ball.
Registration for the Redmen bowl is $225 per football team. Cheerleaders are welcome, and will be an additional $3.00 for each one participating.

Coaching Applications Being Accepted
Coaching applications for both football & cheerleading for the 2008 season are now being accepted.
For football coaching application, contact Kevin Hopkins.
For a cheerleading coaching application, contact Jackie Fleming.

Volunteers Needed!
As always, the success and growth of our program is dependent on all of our volunteers. We thank those who have helped out in the past, and invite those who haven't to help out this year. For those of you who are new to the program, volunteering even 2-3 hours a week during practice or 1-2 hours during home games can be a big help. Volunteers are needed for Concession stand, helping with Fundraising, setting up the fields, running errands during the week - you name it!
Helping out with the program can be lots of fun, and a great way to involve yourself in your children's sports activities!!!
The Wonderful Support We Receive
The Board members, parents and children of Central Square Pop Warner Football & Cheerleading would like to extend a huge thanks to all of the local merchants, small business owners and town workers that supported us during our 2007 season.
These community members are always willing to give monetary donations, as well as free merchandise and sometimes even their free time to help us out. Our program has grown and prospered over the past fourteen years, allowing us to build a great football and cheerleading program for our kids, something that we parents and board members could not do alone.
The football and cheerleading season is an intense and busy time of year for us, so as we catch our breath before we begin our plans for the 2008 season, we wanted to send out a big THANK YOU and let you all know we appreciate everything you do for us!!!

Second Field Looking Good!
Thanks to the volunteer efforts of Carl Hoyt, Stan Longton, Mark Meyers and Mark Bombardo (along with some of our own Pop Warner members), our new field has been cleared of rocks and has been seeded. It will look awesome in no time at all! This second field is greatly needed for our growing program, and we appreciate the efforts of everyone involved in getting it ready for us!
