The annual year end banquet will be held on Saturday, December 5th at Castaways.  Banquet information was mailed to everyone at their home addresses and also through the Parent email group. 

 The banquet is a time where each individual is recognized for their hard work throughout the season. The memory books are handed out and every Football player and Cheerleader receives an award.

All seats are by reservation only, so make sure you send in your reservation by November 20th! Please see the attached banquet form for more details.

We would like to make everyone aware that the annual elections are just around the corner.  The majority of our Board positions are voted on annually, and this year's elections will take place at the December 7th Board meeting held at the American Legion on Rt. 49.

The positions coming up for vote include:

Football Coordinator

Field Coordinator

Fundraising Coordinator

Medical Coordinator

Parliamentarian

We encourage anyone who thinks they might be interested in running to ask any questions they might have.  If you plan on running for a position, you will need to either submit your letter of intent prior to the December 7th Board meeting, or by attending the December 7th meeting in person.  Descriptions of the duties for each position are available, and can be obtained by contacting one of the current Board members.

A special thank you goes out to all those who volunteered their time to put on the roof to the new building: George Korthas, Shawn White, Grover Hedgecock, Bill Pocyntuck, Mike Venezia, Steve Burke, Kevin Hopkins, Phil Miller, Anthony & Dave. Brenda kept them fed and WARM!
