FIELD STATUS: Tuesday 12-1-09, 1200pm. Fields CLOSED. If this is not updated, please refer to the last posting. If the fields are saturated, please avoid those areas.
Field updates will be posted daily on our website and voice mailbox. If for any reason the field status is not updated, refer to the last update. More current status may be obtained by calling 504-889-2004, Option 2. If you need additional information, you can reach Louie at 504-957-3180. If you are at the fields and see unauthorized user groups playing on the fields, please call Winston at 251-1967, St. Nick Benjamin 985-285-2409 or Louie. If you can't reach us and there's an issue at the fields, call Audubon Security at 628-3988 (do not call Audubon for field open/close status). Field Reservation Procedures
1. Go to the "Field Availability Calendar", and click on the Calendar dates for which you want to reserve your games. (NOT Practices)
2. Check to see if the relevant field is available (note the maximum # of players allowed per field)

3. After noting your Field, and Time availability, indicated by “clear” cells! Send me (Winston) an e-mail message, with all the relevant information to be posted, e.g:- (Age group, Gender, Opponent, Time, Field, Number of officials, Premier League or Friendly, etc…), to fieldassigner@hotmail.com.
4. CONFIRMATION OF YOUR REQUEST BEING RECEIVED WILL BE ITS’ POSTING TO THE “Field Availability Calendar” within 24 hours!
Field reservations and Referee requests will NOT be entertained within two (2) weeks of a desired date. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Cancellations of Field and/or Referee requests MUST be made at least 6 days in advance (by previous Monday for all weekend dates)!
Failure to do so will result in your Team's being billed for all Officiating Costs.
5. Check the "Field Availability Calendar" regularly to see if your request has been posted, or if there are any changes to your original requests. In the event of inclement weather (or potential for inclement weather), call the CSA hotline at (504) 889-2004, for Field Open/Close status.
