Flag Football Photo Shoot

The Flag Football photo shoot date will be Oct. 18th at the CHS lower field. Please visit the Football page for scheduling details.  Please have players ready 15 mins prior to the scheduled time to avoid delays.  All players and teams are asked to participate in the team photo for our sponsors even if you are not purchasing photos.

Online Photo Registration available! As we've been doing in the past, photo sign-up and purchasing is available on-line; so there will be no order sheets passed out ahead of time. Inside you'll find detailed instructions for how to use this simple and easy to navigate application.

Flag Football 2015

Presents the 2015

 Bud Woller Flag Football League

Who:  Boys and girls ages 6 to 12 (age as of (11/01/2015)
When: Sunday mornings from September 20st to November 15th
(Saturday night games may be possible in November)
Registration:  Camarda Park Pavillion (234 Seminary Hill Road)
  • Saturday, September 12th from 9:00 am to 11:00 am
  • Sunday, September 13th from 9:00 am to 11:00 am
  • Saturday, September 19th from 9:00 am to 11:30 am

 Click on the forms page and download the four forms.
Once downloaded, input the required information, print them and bring the completed forms to the registration with you (forms will also be available at registration).

The fee is $85 per player plus a $25 CSA family membership fee
(As this begins the new year, EVERY family is required to pay their yearly family membership)

If you do not register by 9/19/15 you will be subject to a $25 late registration fee 

Evaluations will be held Sunday, September 20th at Carmel High School –

beginning at 9 am


 Equipment supplied by CSA

  • Jersey with the CSA logo
  • Mouthpiece (required)
  • Flags and belts



  There will be an open/general membership meeting on September 24th @ 7:30 PM in the CHS Library
All CSA members are encouraged to participate. Elections will be held for board seats.
