As we've been doing in the past, photo sign-up and purchasing is available on-line; so there will be no order sheets passed out ahead of time. Please click the Sportography graphic to be taken to their secure Online Photo Registration system. Inside you'll find detailed instructions for how to use this simple and easy to navigate application.

Each application Must be accompanied by a Copy of Birth Certificate to be retained by CSA
All applicants Must fill out a Medical Form in order to compete.

**NOTE: Each child can play the 2012 season for free!! Here is how: After paying the registration fee you will receive raffle tickets equal to the dollar amount of each child’s registration fee. Parents can recover 100% of the registration fee by selling all their raffle tickets for $1.00 each. Parents keep the money from the sale of the tickets and submit the tickets stubs at the opening day ceremony.

Support our 2011 Cooperstown Team by joining us for a night of Dinner & Dancing @ Sinapi’s Ceola Manor, Friday March 16, 2012 @ 7:30pm. Price of a ticket is $75.00 per person. For more information/reservations, e-mail Maria Shofi at mbshofi@verizon.net.

**Update 2012–Girl’s Softball–Ages 5-16**
Based on increased demand and review of our current age groups and structure, CSA is hopeful in expanding
our program to include an age group for girls softball at the Kindergarten level and up to age 16 or the
sophomore year of High School. Based on interest and registration numbers, we will determine if the program will be expanded and reorganized to include these groups. Also, coaches will be needed to cover the potential increase in teams.
We are looking for volunteers to help and commit to the long term success of this program.
